No Customer Support!
I have tried reaching these folks because I can't get signed in, and the 'advice' I get from the chat bot is to 'sign in' and use the messaging service, which obviously won't work if I can't get signed in to start with!

My name is Mario Kiteculo. I have been trading since October last year under the supervision of David Hall, but I have never been able to receive my profits, claiming that I should pay the platform fee before receiving the profit.
I paid the percentage amount but still could not receive the income, claiming that the Canada tax fee was missing since I live in the country. Not being satisfied and suspicious of possible fraud, I thought it was better to take a break and assess the risks. He continued pressuring me to pay the tax fee and eventually convinced me, and I decided to do it. Yesterday, 08/01/2026, we encountered several difficulties in completing the fee process which led me to think on FRAUD again.
Apart from all this, I am not sure if this fund actually exists.

No phone call, no proper technical support, just automated messages and long waits.Because of this, I lost my 400-day shaking streak — something I had built with consistency and loyalty. When I finally got an answer, the “solution” turned out to be as simple as deleting and reinstalling the app. Five days for something that could have been solved in five minutes, if only a real person had been there to help another person.What disappoints me most is not the bug itself, but the way Shakepay handled it.

Hi! I'm trying to log into my Shakepai account but I can't because I have a different phone number and email. I've contacted Pissed Consumer for help but Shakepai won't respond to this company either.

I have been a customer of Shakepay for years. Yesterday, I tried withdrawing money via e-transfer, and nothing came.
After skipping through a ridiculous amount of hoops, I sent their customer service team a message that was ignored, and they said they'll get back to me in 2 hours.
Still haven't received my money. Where is my money, you scammers!?
